We have secured Platinum IIP Status

We are delighted to announce that we have been awarded Platinum status by Investors in People.

The award, handed over at a ceremony by Investors in People Scotland CEO Bonnie Clarke, was received by Christopher Graham, chair of the board.

Chris said: “Needless to say, we are delighted to be recognised as a Platinum Investor in People. The last few years have been difficult given Covid, but the whole team have once again shown their dedication to the charity and I couldn’t be prouder of them.”

Isobel Lawson, CEO of Stepping Stones for Families, said: “Only 1% of IIP accredited organisations achieve Platinum status so this is a huge recognition of our dedication to the best asset we have: our team. We’ve also recently restructured our childcare services to create a new flexible childcare offer to families which has been really well received by the communities we serve.”
