I have been working for Stepping Stones for Families for a year now and can honestly say I have had the opportunity to deliver some amazing projects with the support of the organisation.
I really enjoy being a part of the Stepping Stones for Families team - we get to deliver amazing work through the support of the organisation and our Funders.
Stepping Stones for Families is a great place to work; they really do their best to bring their motto of ‘Sustaining Positive Change’ to the children, young people and families that they work with - this is true because I get to see this in my job and the work my colleagues provide.
The organisation supports not only the families but also their workers by giving us room for flexibility to do our work effectively so we can better support the children, young people and families we work with as well as encouraging us to continue upskilling through sharing available training courses we may benefit from.
I have been able to attend various training events as well as complete a CACHE Level 2 Understanding Children and Young People's Mental Health course in that short time.
