South Ayrshire Childcare Developments.
The Stepping Stones Childcare Development Project is about to expand its portfolio of activities when it takes on the Maybole After School Care Project. Provisional date for transfer from the existing management committee to Stepping Stones is 1st May 2005.
Parents will continue to have a major role to play in the running of the project without the growing responsibilities associated with compliance and employment. Diane Rowan, the senior development worker will provide management, training and support to the project.
Other potential out of school care developments are currently being explored.
