Stepping Stones for Families - Glasgow Sitter Services:

This new service will start in April 2005. The project, funded through the Working for Families Fund, will offer home based childcare to families living in Greater Easterhouse and the East End of Glasgow. The aim of the service is to enable families to take up or sustain their existing employment knowing that their children are cared for in their own home. The service will complement existing day care and out of school care provision and is expected to be used mainly in the evenings and at weekends.
