Leadership & learning....let it begin!!

This week, Ashley Dunsmuir from our Go2Play Family Play Project attended her first residential workshop for the Scottish Improvement Leader Programme (ScIL). Ashley says:

“I am delighted to be part of something so innovative for professionals looking to make improvements within their organisations. This programme will give me the leadership skills necessary to drive improvement capacity and capability within the organisation. The cohort is made up of professionals across all public and third sector organisations. I learned a lot from the faculty and all other members of the cohort. Let the learning begin!!”
